Italian made simple.

SONDER & has developed a dynamic fast-casual restaurant concept and branding graphics that will bring the traditional-Italian, red-checked tablecloth eatery kicking and screaming into the 21st century. Pasta Perfect features sleek, contemporary Italian interior design, a video wall featuing star video artist Penny Ashman's dynamic coverage of everything Italian from Caesar to Caesar and Fellini to Ferrari. And don't foreget Sophia Loren. Walk-up computer order terminals and hand-made pasta are on site and within sight. The Italian accent is on "healthy" with locally-grown organic ingredients, noodles made from organic white and whole wheat flour, brown rice, zucchinni, carrots, beets, and more. The menu includes mix 'n' match noodles, sauces and toppings -- including gluten-free options -- pizza-like Bruscotta and a choice of organic salads. The first Pasta Perfect is projected for a mid 2024 opening on the Main Line near Philadelphia.
